Public Education Promoting Islam

The terrorists that bombed the Russian school, (murdering over 300
children and parents), are reported as loyal to the Islamist group, al-Qaeda.
The terrorists used al-Qaeda’s handbook, terrified their victims
mercilessly for three days and then claimed credit for the carnage.
"Many children - even those who live - will be invalids," said Dr.
Uruzmag Dzhanyev, whose hospital was packed with burned and wounded
kids. "Some do not have eyes."
Almost simultaneously, a video of 12 Nepalese hostages was played
on an Islamic website showing one being beheaded. The kidnapper then
held the severed head like a trophy. The Islamist militant group Ansar
al-Sunna said they were killed because "they came from their country
to fight the Muslims and to serve the Jews and the Christians. We have
carried out the sentence of Allah."
The attrocities happening in the Sudan are so horrific that they
can't even be posted.
Dr. Harith al-Dhari, secretary-general of the Association of Muslim
Scholars (AMS), said,
"Through Aljazeera, I call on all groups who claim’ they
are resistance and Islamic groups to be more merciful, fair and
humane...despite their religion."
What? Be merciful despite the "peaceful" religion of Islam?
An Iraqi militant group asked the AMS Muslim scholars for a fatwa
religious edict on whether Islam allows the kidnapping of foreigners
but the Muslim scholars said it was ''not easy'' and needs ''profound
study.''
In other words, even moderate conservative Muslim scholars will not
denounce Islam’s holy books and the terrorist carnage of non-Muslims.
If they do, they will be pronounced apostate and share the fate of
Christians and Jews per the Koran "And whoever amongst you takes
[Christians and Jews] for a friend, then surely he is one of them."

Meanwhile, California’s public education system insists on teaching
the doctrine of Islam as peaceful, even as Islamists demonstrate
patterns of slaughtering Americans and bombing the World Trade Center
per the Koran and Sira.
THEREFORE, I charge that California school districts are guilty of
California Penal Code: 186.20, the "California Street Terrorism
Enforcement and Prevention Act." Islamists are no more than a unified
street gang of international proportions. Teachers are actively
participating with knowledge that Islamist members engage in a pattern
of criminal activity dictated by the Koran and are "willfully
promoting, furthering and assisting felonious criminal conduct" by
asking our children to
"assume they are Muslim soldiers," embrace Islam, learn religious
beliefs as fact and recite verses from the same Islamic holy book
that states, "Announce painful punishment to those who disbelieve"
(9:3) "They should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their
feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned;
this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world" (5:33-34) "Allah
's Apostle said, " I have been ordered to fight with the people till
they say, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah" (Hadith

Islam has pronounced a fatwa on my family. Public schools are
demanding my children celebrate the religion that demands our deaths.
The "knowledge" is there for the reading in the holy books which
Muslim clerics continually refer to when justifying their killings.
Teachers are "willfully promoting, furthering and assisting felonious
criminal conduct" demanded by the Quran, Hadith and Sira participating
in the method of Muhammad, promoting the religion as peaceful, a
tactic specifically intended by Islam as exposed by military
historians like Mary Habeck of Yale University.
California law also states in Penal Code 186.21:
The Legislature hereby finds and declares that it is the right of
every person, regardless of race, color, creed, religion, national
origin...to be secure and protected from fear, intimidation, and
physical harm caused by the activities of violent groups and
individuals.
The proper way to reassure victims is NOT to request their children
pretend they are members of the street gang and recite their oaths (or verses from the Koran)
participate in their rituals and
insist the criminals are peaceful, even as moms and dads hold the
bloodied bodies of their Christian brothers and sisters all over the
world.
Tell the parents of those terrorized and murdered children in
Russia that the terrorists meant to be peaceful. Tell the brothers and
the sisters of the murdered children to recite glory to Allah.
Terrorism is IN THE HOLY BOOKS OF ISLAM and to ask our children to
repeat that Islam is more than a religion but a "way of life" to be
celebrated is a slap in the face to every surviving relative of the
butchered.
Obviously our teachers don’t intend to actually engage in terrorist
conduct, but they don’t need to in order to violate their own code,
section 422. California’s Supreme Court has ruled "the threatener may
have no intent actually to engage in the threatened conduct. The
threat is sufficient if it induces a "sustained fear." In re David L.
(1991) 234 Cal.App.3d 1655
Is America, with our elevated terrorist warnings and ramped up
airport security et al., experiencing "sustained fear?" We sure are,
pouring millions of dollars into security and calling for emergency
congressional meetings. The 9/11 Commission Report repeatedly referred
to Islamist terrorists. To deny the Islamic ideology would cost
all credibility.
The threats of the Koran and the actions of those who follow it are
inducing "sustained fear." Teachers have no intent to actually engage
in the threatened conduct, indeed, they deny the terrorist verses, but
they are directing our children to "ASSUME they are Muslim soldiers",
some are requiring they "become Muslim" in a simulation exercise.
Teachers and Judge Phyllis Hamilton (who
ruled in favor of these practices) are "willfully promoting" Islam
and the Koran as they teach from textbooks promoting Islam.
Oh isn’t it fun to ask children to assume they are Muslim soldiers,
imagine they are with the Jews as they are kicked out of their
homeland, or imagine they are in the tombs of dead Christians? Though
written up to sound "fun", those are the "imaginative" exercises in
the Christian and Judeo sections of the nationwide textbook, "Across
the Centuries" and "A Message of Ancient Days." The textbook editorial
director applauded the Council on Islamic Education (CIE) for playing
a crucial role in enabling them to "present accurate and complete
information." It must be a coincidence that the president and CEO of
Houghton Mifflin used to be an Iranian school teacher.
I bet there was a lot of laughter when they wrote these textbooks,
with our children assuming they are Muslim soldiers, Jews being kicked
out of their homeland and Christians back in the tomb. We’re still
using these textbooks and Congress is talking about supplying
textbooks to schools in Arab nations.
Can you hear the echoes of the laughter? They're laughing
still...even as Russian mothers will not be comforted as they weep for their children,
burned, blind or dead.
Will we not even bleat as we watch the wolves ravage our
neighboring sheep?
