What about the Old Testament?
        "But
I say to you, love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, bless
them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you. Be
merciful as your Father is merciful. This is My commandment, that you
love one another as I have loved
you."                                      -   Jesus, SON of God

        WHAT
ABOUT THE OLD TESTAMENT?  Defenders of the Quran shout.  Well let's look
at some of the huge differences between the two…

Most unbelievers of the Bible don't understand that much of the
wickedness recorded in the Bible is not meant as a role model for us.  God reported
the facts as they happened, often by humbling the very prophet told by
God to admit his own failures.

God also, at times, instructed the Israelites to wipe out a nation,
that's true.  But the Bible also shows that God always specifically
designated a particular nation. Interestingly, secular history has
recorded many of those nations were sacrificing their children to  pagan gods in hideous
ways, such as letting them fry in the red hot hands of an idol.  Or
plastering the firstborn into the walls of a home and listening to that
child scream until it died.  God has a huge heart for the children.  God
warned nations for an average of 400 years before He wiped them out, and
many times the Bible shows that when a nation got so wicked they were
torturing their young, God said ENOUGH and sent the Israelites out to
wipe them out.  The Bible also shows that God does not rejoice when this
happens, in fact, it breaks His heart. (And God knows intimately
how it feels when innocent infants experience suctioning of their brains
        in abortion.)

God was always exact in what the Israelites should do
        with which nations.  When they
overstepped God's instructions, they often were penalized.  Once God
gave the Israelites such a complete victory that they felt they could
take over any nation, and decided without prayer or leading to overtake
a small one.  God allowed the Israelites to be humiliated in loss, to
the point they were in fear of other nations and had to repent to God
for His protection again.  God has always been very specific about what
nations and when to overtake, because it's not His heart to kill without
just cause.  God loves all His children, but He would not allow pagan
nations to corrupt His children, especially the Jews who were chosen to bring the
Savior into the world.  God also ordered that lives be taken swiftly by
        the sword, not in torment.

Compare that to Allah, who, according to Muhammad, orders all
unbelievers to be killed torturously to strike terror in their hearts.
Allah gives an open-ended invitation to KILL ALL unbelievers, infidels,
Christians and Jews that do not submit to Allah.  This is a standing
open-ended order.  The Houghton Mifflin  textbook claims that all is well for those who
simply pay the poor tax and remain in their own faith, but it fails to
mention the rest of the verse which states one must keep up prayer to
Allah.  Christians and Jews WILL NOT DO THAT.  So all is NOT well as
fingertips, hands and feet are cut off among other grisly acts which can
        be read at "Dictated,
        Executed and Whitewashed."

From the Quran:  "When the sacred months have passed away, THEN SLAY THE
IDOLATERS WHEREVER YOU FIND THEM, AND TAKE THEM CAPTIVES AND BESIEGE
THEM AND LIE IN WAIT FOR THEM IN EVERY AMBUSH, then if they repent and
keep up prayer [become believers] and pay the poor-rate, leave their way
free to them (9:5)"   For more

God ordered nations be wiped out after God warned them for hundreds of
years and then in protection of His own, wiped them out when they
tortured babies.  Jesus wept for the Pharisees that would not escape
hell because of their own stubborn wicked hearts.  God protected His own
for loving reasons.  One cannot compare that to the hatred of Islam
which directs its followers to kill all unbelievers, anyone who does not
submit to Allah, and to do it as painfully as possible.

Love in the Quran?  Yes, the word love appears, for Muslims to love
Allah.  The "Gospel" of Allah means to do good or die for Allah.  The
"Gospel" of Jesus is that Jesus died for us.  "Allah" is
the antitheses of Eloheim, commonly known as God in the Western
world, not one and the same as the politically correct police keep
pushing on our society. And when media translates prayer of Muslims to
"Allah" as prayer to "God", they couldn't be more incorrect.

Muslims continually try to convince Christians that we believe the same
thing, when in fact, beliefs are distinctly opposite.  Muslims do not
believe Jesus is the Son of God for the Quran states Allah has no son.
The Quran states Jesus is a teacher and that Muhammad is THE prophet.
The Quran curses Christians and Jews for our beliefs.  Muslims claim the
Bible is corrupt.  This is rather hysterical since Muhammad claimed the
Quran was an extension of the Bible and would never contradict it, yet
because it was written by Muhammad, it flip-flops in the Quran. Muslims
who claim that Islam is peaceful will point to the verses that condone
the Bible. But Muhammad changed his mind. Ask any family member of dead
Christians in the Sudan, slaughtered by Muslims following Muhammad's
        writings.

The Bible is full of exact
names, dates, places, whereas the Quran believes things like Noah, Moses
and Jesus all lived at the same time and Mary was the sister of Moses,
        Miriam.

        Many loving peaceful
verses are written in the Quran, until Muhammad was rejected as a
prophet by Christians and Jews, and then the instructions are bitterly
to kill us.  Muhammad demonstrated this himself as he led many
slaughters as a warrior against Christians and Jews.  Why?
Because we correctly would not accept him as prophet.

        When Jesus came, the new
covenant began because people broke the old one, not God. (Jeremiah) God
is always making provisions, extending His arms out to a rebellious
people, calling to us, He even sent His only begotten Son…
        What about the

Crusades?  The Pope did not call
knights to arms to gain more land as the textbooks claim.  One of the
"most famous speeches in history" shows that the Pope described how
churches were being desecrated as Christians entrails (guts) were cut
out and one end staked down.  The Christian was then whipped as he tried
to escape, alive, entrails hanging out until he died.  Islam was
conquering nations and spreading, it was only a matter of time before
England would stand alone.  There was no choice, the knights gave up
lands and riches to defend their brothers in Jerusalem.  Why the history
books have chosen to write history with Christians as the bad guys is
        explained in the Bible.
